So, starseed Empath or HSP’s have to find a way to deal with the energies they feel on a daily basis.
This can be difficult because their emotions are so amplified, and it’s hard for them to ground themselves without someone who understands what they’re going through.
Starseeds may also experience depression if their psychic abilities or dreams become intense and uncontrollable because Starseeds can be overwhelmed with information from their higher dimensional Star family.

Set Clear Boundaries
When you set boundaries you let people know where they stand with you. This will help you avoid being used or manipulated by others.
One way to do this is by saying “no” whenever someone asks you for something that makes you uncomfortable. But do so in a loving way so that you don’t hurt their feelings.
It’s important to follow our intuition, especially when it comes to people who are not good for us!
And if they don’t respect our boundaries then we need to let them go so that we can create more positive relationships.
Another way to set boundaries is by learning how to say “yes” when it feels right and saying “no” whenever you don’t want to do something.
This exercise is great for empaths and HSPs because it helps us stay grounded and centered even when we are around others.
Let Go of Toxic Relationships
You also need to let go of toxic relationships that don’t serve you or your highest good!
There may be people in our lives who just seem unhappy all the time, but they have learned how to use their energy to bring others down.
This is not our problem, so it’s important to focus on creating positive relationships instead of wasting time trying to “fix” other people.
At the same time though, we should always be open to new friends but never force anything if someone doesn’t seem right for us—that will just create more negativity!

Forgiveness Meditation
When you are trying to let go of toxic people in your life, it can be helpful to do a forgiveness meditation.
This is where you imagine that person and then send them love through your heart chakra.
By doing this, we let go of the resentment so that we don’t hold on to any negativity.
At the same time, we can ask for forgiveness and release all of that negative energy so it doesn’t affect us anymore!
This is a great way to center yourself no matter what has happened in your life.
Create Boundaries with Your Energy Field
Our thoughts create our reality—this includes the people who enter our lives.
This is why we need to create boundaries with our energy field on a daily basis so that we can stay grounded and centered no matter what happens!
If you feel like someone else’s energy is too overwhelming, then imagine love light energy around them so they cannot affect us anymore.
When the person tries to talk to you, visualize this love light energy and tell them that you need some space.
It is important to stay true to yourself so don’t let anyone talk down on your dreams or what you’re trying to accomplish in your life!
You are enough just as you are, so remember that no matter how people treat us we can always love ourselves unconditionally.
Set your intentions
One of the best things I have learned is to start my day by setting my intentions.
This means that I always get a pen and paper before going to bed so that I can write down what goals/dreams I am trying to accomplish in the next day and the future.
Then each morning, after you say your prayers of gratefulness or meditate for a few minutes, then read this list out loud!
This will help remind you why you are here and why you should keep pushing forward so that your dreams can come true.
At the same time, it is important to ask for help from your ancestors/guides as well as those who have already passed so you can achieve them!
This will remind you about how much support there is in this world which will help you stay focused on your path.
When we start to doubt ourselves, it’s important to surround ourselves with positive people who will uplift us and remind us of our true potential!
This is what starseeds need most in this world because they are so used to being put down by others—when the truth is that we all have greatness inside of us!
Grounding (Guided Meditation)
Mediation is a great way to stay grounded, but this is especially important for starseeds because we are energetically sensitive.
We need to be able to stay centered even when around others so that our energy doesn’t get pulled in different directions!
This grounding mediation will help you become more aware of your body and the earth underneath you which will keep you from feeling like you’re floating.
It also helps to keep your energy field intact so that others can’t pull on it and disrupt your day!
As always, remember that when we start to feel unbalanced or out of control then the best thing is just to take deep breaths and ground ourselves by visualizing roots coming from our feet/base chakra out into the Earth.
This will help us release all of the negative energy so we can get back to being our awesome selves!
We are already enough, but when we let ourselves become ungrounded then it’s hard for other people to see that light which is why this mediation is one of the best things you could do today.
Grounding (Physical Exercise)
Another great way to ground yourself is by doing physical exercise!
When you get your body moving, then it gets the energy flowing throughout which will help restore balance.
It doesn’t matter what kind of activity you choose so long as you do something that makes you feel good and helps center yourself again!
