A lot of people have been interested in getting to know all about the process of astral projection.
The good news is: It’s a straightforward process to learn, it just takes time to master it.
But you can get started with astral projection today!
All you have to do is follow this guide on how to astral project in just 5 minutes:
Astral Projection Step 1: Preparation
The first step is to prepare yourself for astral projection.
This means preparing the physical and astral bodies for separation during astral projection. To do that, you need to ensure that your energies are flowing and that your chakras are active and unblocked.
There are guides on this site that can help you to reach this stage if you’ve never done that before, and you will need to be activated and balanced before attempting astral projection if you want a good chance of success.
Astral Projection Step 2: Meditation
For astral projection meditation, you will need to be lying down somewhere comfortable. Your bed can be a great place (as long as you are not prone to falling asleep quickly), although some people like to have a dedicated space and simply use thick rugs and cushions.
Enter into a meditative state, clearing your mind and relaxing your body.
Be careful not to fall asleep, though. You need to remain awake and aware, even as your body falls into a sleep state. This is the key; we are putting our bodies to sleep while we take our souls out into the astral and beyond.
Astral Projection Step 3: Take-Off
There are a great many techniques to bring you to take-off, which is the term commonly used to describe the separation of the astral body from the physical body.
There is no one technique, so trying a few different methods is suitable for a beginner.
The technique we recommend you try first is as follows:
Once you have achieved body sleep while remaining lucid, you should feel what is commonly described as “sleep paralysis”. That is, an inability to move the physical body.
This is good for us, as we are about to attempt to stand.
Focus your mind on your chakras, one by one from root to crown, and once you have a sense of them as your body, will yourself to stand. It might take a few attempts, but soon enough you should be able to stand in your astral body and look down at your physical body – seemingly asleep!
Astral Projection Step 4: Explore & Return
From here, it is up to you what you do next. Follow your intuition, your instincts. Do what seems necessary, learn what lessons are offered, then when all is said and done you must return to your physical body.
Some people like to physically return to the body and “slip back in”, while others allow their physical body to wake which will compel the astral body to snap back in.
Whether you slip or snap, there is only one thing left to do. You must reflect on your experience and take whatever you can from it. Over many adventures on the astral plane, you will learn a great deal about the universe and yourself.
These lessons will help you to live happily, love often and grow to be the best person you can be.
I vaguely remember the first time I astral projected. It was over 2 decades ago and I don’t remember where I was. I remember that I looked down at my physical self with a little awe. That did not last long for what I was seeing around me was much more interesting. I can’t remember if I snapped myself back or slid back. There have been many more times throughout my life since then that I have projected. I love the peace I find when I do and at times feel sad about having to return.
I feel as if this is my first experience on earth. That I’ve lived many lifetimes. I’m in my early 30s and I only resonate with ppl much older than I am.
