Somebody killed my squirrel yesterday she didn’t come to the back to get food she was not dead in the street in front of my driveway earlier yesterday morning. As I was doing my tasks and going about my day painstakingly as I do everyday, I looked at the front door again and there’s where I saw her at the bottom of my driveway in the street. Somebody had killed her. I have been a Target in this neighborhood by the neighbors and they know that I have a pet squirrel in fact the neighbor across the canal has a pet bird that stands on the rooftop and he feed some fish all the time. Somebody went after my squirrel yesterday I believe it’s the people across the street with all of their trucks. I found her at the bottom of my driveway and I was hysterical and when I was trying to get a box to put her in they ran her over again. I picked up her warm body that was very broken and I put her in the box and I buried her in my backyard. I was not going to put her in the garbage. I love my little Sparky sparkles and I am sure she’s going to be at the rainbow bridge. I’ll cross her over then. Along with all of the other animals that I’ve lost. I know that my time is coming soon because I have been chronically ill and I know the mortality rate for people with mecfs and the viruses that I have.
Hi Ingrid,
Yesterday I saw a squirrel with injured back legs drag itself across the street in front of me. I am glad that I was able to stop my car. I pulled over and the squirrel laboring in breath. I ran back home to get something to place it in and get help, but when I returned the little being had passed on. I covered it with leaves and apologies for not being able to help it.
Animals have a different relationship with life and death than humans do.
This little being with breaken back legs dragged itself across the street, in leaves next to a tree. It did not scream or cry, it breath until it went sleep.
Your squirrel girl may return to you in a new vessel of a squirrel or a new squirrel all together may come in your life.
